Questions

Will my employer know I wrote a review?

No. Only your chosen display name is shown. Employers never see who wrote a review, and every review goes live 3 to 12 days after it's sent, at a random time.

What does “verified” mean?

The reviewer showed a payslip or contract, came through the employer's invite, or applied through RateThatJob. Verified reviews count more in the score.

Can employers remove bad reviews?

No. Employers can reply and dispute unverified reviews, but they can't delete, hide or buy reviews.

Does it cost anything?

No. Reading, reviewing and applying are free for workers.
